If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would! Keely is the most organized, composed and collected Event/Wedding Planner and Day of Coordinator I could ever asked for. I got to watch her under pressure at least 3 times, one of which was for my own wedding. She is great with communication and taking care of everything so that you dont have to! She answered all of my wedding questions leading up to big day and if she didnt know the answer, she would look into it herself and reached out to vendors if I was unable to contact them. To which, she was able to work her magic and get us what we needed!

She is very was very knowledgeable of the area and had a list of top vendors since I was not from the area (DJ, florist, wedding cakes, hair & make up, places to stay photographer, videographer, etc). She worked directly with the venue, Lake Tahoe Golf Course to make sure my wedding was perfect. I do not live in the area, so we had very detailed phone calls and check lists of what needed to be done. We even had a surprise snow storm in late April which turned my outdoor wedding into an indoor wedding. Keely was on top of getting all the necessary changes made. I would not have changed anything. Keely is professional, well coordinated and very detailed. I highly recommend Keely and Key Events! She is absolutely amazing!

As a bride, I did not think or worry about one detail of the day, Keely handled it all. From rain to a wedding crasher, Keely made sure we were not stressed or distracted from every moment of our evening. Not only did Keely set up our reception perfectly (and better than we pictured), she also tore down our whole ceremony and reception set up, hand delivered cards and gifts to our room, and returned the rental pieces back to our florist and dessert source. We had a Winter Wonderland wedding in the snowiest season of December on Lake Tahoe and gosh, did we have some challenges - but the evening went along seamlessly.
